Will I receive my order all at once (if ordering more than one item)?
Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others and all the items in a single order might not be produced at the same location. This does not affect shipping prices.
Items may also be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international (outside the US) orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
